I am unable to register then link my ebay account. I have been trying constantly for hours and receiving this error:
Error -1529. This means that too many users are trying to register at the same time. Please wait 20 minutes, then repeat the signup procedure from scratch.
Is this issue going to be fixed any time soon? |
