Disable Password Lockout

Is there a way to remove the 1hr lock-out. I don't understand why it locks the account out for 1hr after 3 attempts, when I am using the same device.

Can this be removed from my account?

No, it can't be removed because it is there to protect the whole service.

If people were allowed to make many invalid attempts to log in, which are then passed on to Ebay for checking, it makes it look like Gixen is a method that can be used to try to hack accounts. Quite rightly, Ebay would block such a service permanently.

Surely it isn't too much to ask you to get you credentials correct the vast majority of the time ?
