Hello; I am new to this snipe site and have paid for Gixen mirror. I did so because of the 100 percent success rate. When I place my first bid do I get a receipt or some notice that my bid has been received and will be properly submitted. I am doing this because I am bidding on an item that is important to me. Thanks

If it appears in the display once you have logged in then it is in the database and when the time comes Gixen will attempt to place the maximum bid you specified using the credentials that you used to log into Gixen.

Until then you won't receive any confirmation other than that... you can, however, turn on email notifications on the Settings page if you wish... Then if the auction price goes higher than what is acceptable for your bid to be placed Gixen will send you an email (not in real time, but the next time it looks to update the displayed price).
