When I tried to sign on using chrome which has my password saved and has not changed, Gixen locked me out for 1 hour?

I logged out of EBay and back on just to make sure of my password and it has not changed??

I split your post from the 'Announcement' thread it was originally posted on since it was not relevant to that thread.

Please type in your credentials from scratch, do not used use the ones that are saved. in your browser... From what you say, it is likely that you have the wrong ones saved with respect to Gixen, even though those saved for Ebay may be correct (i.e. different from those saved for Gixen).

Gixen only checks back with Ebay when you supply a password that is different from one you successfully logged in with the last time... and hence you can only get locked out if you supply a password that is different from your last successful log in here.
