In status of a completed auction received: UNKNOWN ERROR (1).

When I click on the "View Error" button and displays the displayerror.php with only: Error log not found. Please contact Gixen support (3)

Please email him direct at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above.

Please include both the auction id and your Ebay id in that email.

He is usually able to get back to you within a day, or so.
