I could check the way to solve this problem on support page.
but, because I'm weak to computer system, I cannot solve well..

if possible, please advise what I should do in advance with easy way as below;

ex)

1. log off Gixen
2. connect with ..... etc...

( I use chrome )

sorry but waiting for your advice to recover Gixen snipe system.

On this occasion, if you are not happy to mess about with the settings in your browser, then the I'd advise you just to wait another day before trying to place any more snipes via Gixen..

There might be a more general issue, that Mario will need to look into.
