Gixen main server experienced outage last night between

Fri Dec 16 18:17:02 2016 PST

and

Sat Dec 17 04:52:15 2016 PST

Unfortunately it took both me too much time to notice the issue and subsequently the hosting facility to fix it. My apology to affected users.

Mirror server functioned without an issue during this time.

That is not correct, it also was down

I should have won at least 16 auctions out of 17(my bids were below the winning auction by an amount the mirror service should have bid), or at least the bids should have been at mine or higher and they weren't.

Just letting you know, no big deal

I run 2 mirror services under 2 names

The other had no snipes scheduled so I can't tell you if it was OK or not

Did Gixen report all these snipes as having a status of 'EBAY ERROR: LOGIN TIMEOUT (1)' on The Mirror tab as well as on the Main tab ?

Can you provide some example auction ids, so that Mario can look behind the scenes... sometimes just knowing the Ebay id is not quite enough to do a proper check.

I haven't seen any timeouts for your accounts on mirror during this time period. I saw one timeout in the past (you have many snipes), but for that one main functioned correctly and placed a bid.

Let me know if you see an item id for which there was a double failure and I will check again.
