cant get gixen to work?

3 times now i've tried to use this site and all I get is a response in red ,saying ''cannot list this item, seller assumes all responsibility''
am I doing something wrong? I'd be grateful for any advice you guys can give me..

You need to enter just the auction id, not anything else, in the 'eBay Item Number:' box... It is a 12 digit number, available on the auction page on the right hand side just below where it says 'Description'.

It looks to me like you are selecting too much before you do your copy and paste. I recommend that you just double click on the number to select it, don't try to drag the mouse across it with the first mouse button down, that is too fiddly to get right consistently.

The 'Your bid:' amount must be just a number, no currency symbols are permitted.

Hi mark, thanks for your help,,
when I've copied the number it has always just been the number that is hi-lighted in blue,,the only other thing near the number is- 'ebay item number'
small gap then the number,, but next time I attempt to use Gixen I'll write the number down then type it in and see if that works..but thanks for taking the time to try to help..
