| I recently paid for another year subscription but twice now this has failed to place my bids . I have missed out on items because ofit . Why is this happening? Thank you |

What status is Gixen giving these snipes on both the Main and Mirror tabs after the auction has completed.
Is kitso8685-2qr35hs your Ebay id?

| Hi yes that is my user id. It says password failure or similar. I recently changed ebay password but uupdated on here at the same time . |

Are you certain you entered that snipe after having used your new credentials to log in to Gixen?
In any case I now advise people not to use Gixen for a day or so after changing credentials.. Ebay can think that type of behaviour (changing credentials and then logging in elsewhere) looks like a hijack of the account and can thus take action that prevents you logging in.
As it is, it is unlikely to happen again, after a day or so, but if it does then please provide example auction ids so that Mario can look into it further.
