Does it give an indication as to why you have had your account suspended?
If it is due to incorrect credentials, please check them again by logging into Ebay directly before trying anything else on Gixen.
This type of suspension is lifted after an hour or so, so once you are confident you now have the correct credentials, after a short time you can try again.
Note that in the desktop manager you have the option to store your credentials, if you have done so but they are now incorrect, you will need to correct this before you will be able to log in using that utility once more.
If the suspension is for some other reason you are probably best talking to Mario direct via email at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above. Please include your Ebay id in all emails.
