Hey.
I HAVE READ the recent post about what to do if you get the above error message on your snipes ( scheduled and executed)
However I HAVE NOT received an email from ebay telling me to reset my password.
Am unsure what to do.
Should I reset my ebay ( and therefore my gixen) password anyway?
NOt having any issues logging into ebay itself currently

Changing password when you are not being forced to do so generally doesn't make things better.

Measures that Ebay take to prevent you from logging in via the Gixen servers are usually temporary, so I would recommend first leaving it for 24 hours before trying to log in here again.

If after that you still have issues, then come back and there are probably other measures that you can take to get your account once more accepted via the Gixen service... but since that involves some work for you the best option is usually just to see if it was actually just a temporary measure.
