I am entering my correct username and password however Gixen is saying it's not the correct password. Please help. |

This can result from Ebay taking measures to prevent you logging in to their site from remote servers like Gixen by placing a captcha image blockage in the process, which an automated tool like Gixen can not get round.

Sometimes that happens when I get to GIXEN by using a link such as from my email service. usually I just continue on and enter and it goes through. |
