Hi,
I am not actually having this problem but any device connecting to my brother's Fios Actiontec router has stopped being able to reach the Gixen.com site. It has been working fine for well over a year+. I got him to try a proxy and my VPN and then it connects fine. Does Gixen block IP's for any reason? Any idea what is going on?

Gixen will block IPs if a threat is detected as coming from that source.

It's possible that your brother's IP got mistakenly blocked during the attack on Gixen around June 20. Please check what the IP is (e.g. go to whatsmyip.org), email me and I will unblock it.
