What error are you receiving from Paypal?

I had an issue trying to pay for an Ebay item yesterday, when it would not allow me to select the payment method I usually use... I had to wait a while before it did then allow me to select that option... Perhaps totally unrelated, but I mention it as perhaps Paypal is experiencing a few issues just at the moment.
