If you require a refund, please email Mario direct at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above.
Please include your Ebay id in the email, and preferably send it from the email account you had registered with Paypal when you made the original payment.
If you do not require a refund, simply deleting all your snipes from here removes any traces of your account, that could ever allow Gixen to log into your Ebay account in the future, from the Gixen servers. All that remains then is a record of your original Ebay id and a one way hash of your password which is only useful for comparison purposes, and not sufficient to log into your account.
