Hi -
I already emailed support, but thought I would drop a note here. I am receiving an error message when I try to log in saying that eBay is refusing my password (which I have not reset recently). I did just reset my password but it's still not working.
My immediate question is - should I use another sniper tool for an item I had previously scheduled that is ending in the next 30 minutes? I don't want to miss out, but I don't understand if it might cause me to compete against myself.

If Ebay only blocks you from logging in via the Gixen server, and the problem persists for more than a day or so, you may need to enable the Gixen socks proxy in your browser in order to resolve the problem.
Please email Mario direct at the support address give on the 'Contact' tab above, please include your Ebay id in that email.
