Does changing the settings in CHROME SETTINGS MANAGER affect my eBay auctions or the response from GIXEN needed to activate those bids? I have deleted my Chrome saved passwords as I have been having trouble with my account. Does Gixen need these saved and stored passwords in order to send the bids through to eBay? My bids are already entered into Gixen, Do I need to reenter those bids? |

Absolutely not - Gixen does not need your browser. |

Is it possible for GIXEN to get more than one eBay account mixed up? If a person has several different eBay accounts and passwords will they cause any conflicts with sighing in or placing bids? I can not find my other eBay accounts registered with GIXEN . How do I refresh this account or do I need to rejoin Gixen? I can sign in but only with eBay. Gixen will not accept the other acount |

trydavid400,
Gixen uses the credentials that you use to log in here in order to submit the bids at the end of the auction.
It doesn't get confused if you use different accounts to log in at different times, because it does not maintain any confection between those different accounts.
You don't 'refresh' accounts here, you log in with valid credentials, that is all that is necessary to subsequently schedule snipes that can result in bids being placed in the last seconds of the auction. Of course, if you subsequently change those credentials on Ebay the snipes that you scheduled using them here become impossible to place on Ebay.
If you are having issues logging in here with a specific Ebay account, and you know that you are using the correct credentials, the most likely cause is that Ebay has imposed some measure on that account that prevents it from logging in via the Gixen server. Most often such measures are temporary, however if the problem persists for more than a day or so then I recommend emailing Mario directly at the support address given on the contact tab. Always include your Ebay id in such emails. There are measures that you can take, and Mario can advise you on, even when Ebay imposes more permanent restrictions on your account, but the instructions are provided on a 'need to know' basis. _________________ Mark |
