I place three snipes and none of them were placed. As it turned out, I would have clearly won one of them. What is going on as a similar problem arose yesterday. The item numbers were:
222118928281, 371628476785 & 371628477283
Had the bid been placed, I would have won item #222118928281

Unless another bidder wins by less than one bid increment you can over be certain that a higher bid, if placed, would have won, since you do not know how much the winner actually bid.

That said, my enquiries would be the same as for the other Gixen user that had this issue today:

Were the snipes Mirrored, if not that would be my first suggestion to upgrade your account to include it.

If it was Mirrored what was the status on the Mirror tab? If it was the same then that might indicate some connection issue for Gixen that is specific to your Ebay account. You may need to take further action to resolve it if that persists.
