many sniper errors within short time

and also one other snip yesterday did not work. (error type don't remember number but only that mario wrote related to that error a frequency of about 1/1800 )

what's the reason for so many error ,
any recommendations what to do / to avoid ?

As implied by the explanation on that thread... the primary recommendation is that, until further notice, offsets of 6 seconds or more are recommended for snipes.
