| On every auction today I get the error "CANCELED - VERIFICATION CODE REQUIRED BY EBAY" I've followed the instructions to log out, clear my cookies, use Gixen's proxy URL, relogin to ebay, and bid on something, but I still keep getting the error. Any ideas? |

same here, started messing up yesterday. I went through the "why did this snipe fail" instructions, and I get this error now when trying to snipe:
COULD NOT BID: PHONE OR TEXT VERIFICATION REQUESTED BY EBAY

For a faster response, from Mario, about this and the specific interaction that Gixen is detecting between Ebay and Gixen when it tries to place a bid for you via the Gixen servers, you may want to consider emailing him direct at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above.
In such emails please always include your Ebay id, but never your password, you may also wish to refer back to your contribution(s) to this thread.

My advice is, as per my last post... ask Mario for a more detailed analysis of exactly what is happening with your account interaction between Gixen and Ebay, behind the scenes... only Mario has access to the servers to be able to do that.
He can be contacted directly at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above. Always include your Ebay id in such emails.
