Last two snipes did not work

The last two auctions I did today didn't work. My max amount was higher than the winning bid. This really never happened before unless there was a buy it now price set lower than my maximum bid. Shopping for Christmas presents and really bummed out.

What was the status that Gixen provided for the snipes after they had completed?

Were the snipes Mirrored, if so what was the status on the Mirror tab?

I think that 'SCHEDULED' is probably the status of other snipes in your list since that is an indication that Gixen is still waiting for the auction to end... and if the Mirror was still waiting that would indicate a major issue with the timing on the Mirror server.

So working with the Main status on the second auction of 'COULD NOT BID: PHONE OR TEXT VERIFICATION REQUESTED BY EBAY'... that is an indication that Ebay is blocking your account from bidding... at least via the Gixen main server.. My first suggestion would be to try a manual bid on a similar item and see if Ebay puts up any verification pages on your account as you go through that process.. and if they do follow the on screen instructions in order to complete that verification.

If you are able to bid manually from your own computer without any verification screens inserted by Ebay.. then the next step I would recommend would be to get your account verified against the Gixen server... in order to do that you will need to set up the Gixen Socks proxy in your browser.. and then follow the same bidding steps. The instructions as to how to set that up are often provided via a link when you get the status that requires that action from a Gixen snipe.. however, if that is not the case then I recommend that you contact Mario direct via email at the support address given on the contact tab above... include your Ebay id in the email and refer back to this thread for an explanation as to the issue you are having. Mario should then be able to give advice tailored direct to your account.

Thank you so much for your help. This just starting happening. I have used Gixen for about 8-10years. I have never had a problem like this. It was so weird because I am not use to loosing an auction when I have it listed on my Gixen account. I am able to bid on eBay fine and it excepts my bid. I can also submit offers as well with no problem. It is just when I use Gixen for the past two-three days. I use it almost everyday for Christmas presents. So I guess I will have to bug Mario. There might be something wrong with my account. I've had issues since the server was down. Thank you again for your help, I really appreciate it
