Gixen Failed to Bid 4 Me Again

Sigh. I wasn't able to babysit Gixen and my listed snipes last night and today I find that Gixen Failed to snipe on 7 auctions I might have won. Same problem as before:

I just checked, and the signin used for these logins is clearly incorrect. Have you changed your ebay password at all?

Please log out of ebay, and try to log back in by typing the password in.

Okay, I think I know what's going on.

I usually use my Kindle Fire HDX to browse eBay and use Gixen. I have to use my laptop computer to print labels for eBay items I'm returning or have sold.

Could eBay have caught the two different devices I use to log into eBay? I just completed a Buy it Now purchase on my Kindle, and had to sign in again and for the first time I had a "captcha" I had to enter to complete the transaction.

Last night I was on the laptop and had to log into eBay in order to print the provided labels you get when you return something.

Since I re-entered my password and captcha successfully (while on Kindle), do you think my Gixen bids will now work? I used my Kindle to enter Gixen bids.

To be honest, what Mario has posted and your response don't appear to match up in terms of what the issue with your account actually is.

I would concentrate on the checks that Mario has recommended in terms of logging on to Ebay and Gixen from scratch typing the whole of your password on both, and don't rely on credentials saved by your browsers.

Out of interest, do you know what browser you use on the Kindle to interact with Ebay and Gixen.

As you are now getting captchas elsewhere, it is possible that your account is now flagged by Ebay as one with suspicious activity related to multiple logins from different locations... That may continue until eBay has verified the activity... and could lead to you needing to verify your account via the Gixen server by using the Gixen proxy... If that does become necessary and it is detected by the Gixen software you should be provided with a link with instructions as to how to proceed on your snipes page. Alternatively you can get them direct from Mario via email.

Right at the moment of typing this response though, there seems to be other issues that could be affecting snipes that hopefully will be short lived.
