|

Hi,
Long time Gixen user and recently upgraded. Since I upgraded I am getting error messages "Could not add this item (xyz)(1, 2).
Also when I look at the mirror site there are multiple listings that state "CANCELED - SIGN IN NOT VALID" with error code ER-261-5.
I don't know if the two are related or not. Any help or advise is appreciated!

Sorry - I didn't see the post related to the issue regarding cancelled - login issue but still not sure why it's not accepting NEW snipes or if they are related. |

Yes, best to refer to other threads regarding snipes failing and being cancelled due to Ebay rejecting credentials.
I am not aware of any consequences relating to adding new snipes, at least you are the only one to report here that you have such issues recently.
Can you provide example Ebay item numbers for auctions that you are not able to add snipes for? _________________ Mark |

Sure, here's a link to the image/screenshot of what I'm seeing - and that is the item number I'm trying to add. I couldn't get the image to show up in the reply :/
(the h, etc. part of the beginning of the url - wouldn't let me add - sorry not very computer savvy) i64.tinypic.com/2mdey50.jpg
Thank you! |

Unfortunately, I can not get your link to work for me either.
Could you just cut and paste the auction number into a post here? _________________ Mark

Sure, there are many but here is one: 252107705017
I also tried to import my items from my watch list (which was never a problem before) and am getting the error: "No items imported. If you have items on your watchlist, and they do not get imported, it is possible that eBay blocked watchlist import with captcha images. Please enter your items manually by copy/pasting item id(s)."
Thank you. |

That one is a 'Buy It Now' only listing.
You can only add auctions as snipes to Gixen. _________________ Mark |

It has been noted here that the 'Import Watch List' feature can be blocked if you use it a lot... I recommend not trying that for a few days at least.
It might also be related with the issue of placing the bids for you that was part of your initial post.
No problem with the BIN issue... Are there any that are not BINs that you are unable to add? _________________ Mark |
