For the first time, Gixen won't load for me. I pay for the service, but the problem seems to be systemic.
I cannot log onto gixen.com with my ebay username & password. They work on ebay just fine. I have cleared all ebay related cookies from Chrome. I have changed my socks proxy settings & the link on the site confirms I am connected. I am using windows 7 ultimate x64. I have used to run Gixen naively without issue. I tried running it in XP SP2 & XP SP3 compatibility modes & nothing works. Same for my other computers. At the same itme, I did the ebay reset after May 21st.
So what's the deal? Any ideas? I've run out of all mine! |

I am not clear what interface you are logging from, Web or GDM?
When there is a problem, always try web interface first. If that doesn't work, nothing will. Please email me and include your username. |

And I just tried it again & everything worked. Very odd.
To be clear, in case anyone else has this issue, I couldn't log into gixen.com (ebay user name & password at the top) or the GDM. Neither worked, even after clearing cookies & going through the entire process, at least until just now.
I guess there's a delay somewhere.
At least the problem is fixed. I worked on it for about 1 hour, so it's kinda funny it's started working all of a sudden. At least I can bid again.

Hi- I can't login using my usual eBay username and password. I've double-checked all my details are correct but it's saying they are incorrect when I try login.
Logging into eBay is fine.
Any ideas? |

| I'm having the same issue, logging into EBay no probs, same usual details, logs in fine. But, trying to same details on Gixen (auto fill) gives me a security statement. I've tried without auto fill and stil the same. I'm using Apple iPad. |

For a first time user unable to gain access via the website it is best to contact Mario via email at the address provided on the 'Contact' tab above... That is because he may need to ask you questions that are best answered in private and not on an open forum.
