I am not able to Login theGixen Desktop Manager Win 7 OS. desktop mgr 1.4.2. Using Firefox Windows version works fine

Have you tried running it in compatibility mode?

The instructions as to how to do it vary depending on what variant of Windows you are running.

So I recommend you Google your Windows variant combined with 'compatibility mode'... and you should be directed to the most relevant instructions.
