Hobbs coat, Annora. I've been waiting for one to come up all year and then the bid didn't work 
Gixen wouldn't let me sign in, so I changed my eBay password and then it worked.
Please let me know what went wrong?

Please can you tell us what the status on the snipe was here on Gixen after the auction had completed.
If it was a Mirrored snipe it would also be good to know the status you get on the Mirror tab.
Changing Ebay credentials and then setting up snipes immediately afterwards has caused issues in the past.
