well, tried to use your service about a half dozen times without success. downloaded the desktop manager each time, extracted, and then got simllar error messages each time user and pass was entered. completely deleted each time.

Have you also used the web interface here to enter your snipes?

If so, can you provide some examples of failed snipes?

For the Desktop Manager, have you tried running it in XP backwards compatibility mode?
