Hello
Gixen didn't work on one bid because of this : AUCTION RESTRICTED: NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT
What does this mean exactly as both me & seller seems to have paypal account ?!?

This will be because you have not linked our Paypal account to your Ebay account on Ebay... this is done under the 'Account' tab in 'My ebay', then look on the left hand side.
In addition the seller will have specified the restriction that Ebay knows you have a Paypal account, on the auction in question.
Until your account has the required reference to your Paypal account there is nothing that Gixen could do to get the bid registered on Ebay when the seller has this restriction.
