Hello
I am using the Gixen Desktop Manager and try to upload crv file.
But even if the CSV file contains only one snipe it never finishes "uploading snipes to gixen"
If the the destop Manager is refeshing prices there is always shown an Error 360.
What could be wrong here ?
I understan the CSV file only partly because what means the third value ?

I believe the third field would be for the Group, if you want to use the feature that allows you to only ever win just one of the items with the same group number.
If you are not using that feature I think you probably need to leave that third field blank.
The format is the same for the upload as the download so I would recommend first loading some snipes manually, then downloading those from the Settings page. That way you know you have a file with the correct format.
Do you have a Mirror subscription on your account?... I think that is probably necessary for the upload and download features to work for you. _________________ Mark
