Hi there,
item number is 171687117508
I've just signed up and paid for the mirror upgrade but my first bid hasn't working. It just says that UNKNOWN ERROR (3) and the error log isn't displaying anything, only to contact support.
Any idea on what I can do here?

Does it have the same error on both the Main and Mirror tabs?
