Can't add listings

Can't add listings or import watch list from ebay. Just get an error not the right format. Will list watch list but when I try to modify them get the error

I just added that one without any issues... via the web interface.

What are you entering in the bid box? Only numbers in the form 111.11 are accepted there, no currency or other special characters.

Is it the web interface you are using, or the Gixen Desktop Manager?
