Hi - I have 2 different eBay ID's that I use for different items. If I subscribe to the mirror service would it be restricted to just one eBay ID?

You can have Mirror services on two different accounts concurrently only if you pay (or provide different back links on your own sites) for both.

If you use them at different times it is possible to migrate a single membership... if you are constantly swapping I would not recommend that, just to save $6 per year.
