How can I tranfer Gixen Mirror Service to new ebay ID?

I have bought 1 Gixen Mirror Service.
And I just changed ebay user ID.
How can I receive the Mirror service with the new user ID?

Once you have logged in, push the 'Settings' button near the top of the page.

Then search for 'Mirror Transfer Form' on the page that comes up.

Once you select that link the process is quite simple to follow.

You will need access to the email account that was registered with Paypal when you paid for your subscription.
