Contingency group with Buy-It-Now?

I have a snipe set to execute on a regular (non-BIN) item. I'd like to put a Buy-It-Now (BIN) item in a contingency group with it, such that the BIN item will only be purchased if the non-BIN item succeeds. Is this possible? If so, how do I do that?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for Gixen to be used to purchase items that are Buy It Now only.
