Tried free trial did not work
Does not remember password
Cannot reset password
So I paid for something that does not work
Now cannot claim money back and lost out on bargain on ebay
Rubbish app

Please can you provide the auction number for a snipe which did not work, so that it can be investigated.
  The emoticons work for me, you need to submit the post before they are activated in your text.
