Cant add auction any more

Hi, since yesterday, with many auction # I add, retrieve via watch list import, when I set the bid amount, gixen tells me :

'Could not add this item (item#)(1,255)

Here are some # : 311132956921,251679426607

Is it a bug or a new trick from eBay ?

Did you change your target settings?

These items are available only on ebay.de (not on ebay.com). Adding them works with default target settings, but if you changed them to something else (e.g. ebay.com with autotarget set to off) then it may not work.
