can't import CSV file to add snipes

I was trying to import snipes from CSV file but they have failed with the same error message since last Friday. All the snipes can only be added manually and no issues ocurrs. I've tried to output the existing snipes to CSV and import them back to gixen, all failed and existing snipes are all gone so have to add each back manually.

these are today's snipes and gixen gave the following information:

Could not add this item - auction number or money format not valid.

This snipe may have been entered too late into Gixen and may not be executed.
