Cannot login to Gixen whatsoever

While other people seem to be having sign-in problems regarding bids, I cannot log in to Gixen whatsoever. I can log in eBay just fine,but when I do the same on Gixen, it says "wrong or weak password" (0r something along those lines). I don't know what the cause is or if there's any fix around it. It seems, at least according to recent behavior, it may be a side effect of eBay's fight against fraudsters. I don't know for sure, but I wonder what the cause may be. Note, that even yesterday, my ability to log in was not compromised (I could log in just fine), but now, even with the same password entered, I cannot.

It also seems to be taking quite a time loading the page (or running my credentials) before sending me the error message. However, in a bout of desperation, I did end up changing my password (because I'm smart) and now it appears that Gixen has finally managed to log me in, only to inform me that eBay places captcha's on new passwords for 24 hrs, so the changes won't be immediate for me at least, but I'd at least like a workaround/fix to my login issues.

I use Gixen all the time. However, I have not been able to log in tonight. Each time it gives me a message:

Wrong password, or your password may not be strong enough, resulting in eBay requesting captcha verification code. If you are sure your password is correct, please read below.

I did change my password after the security incident where they told everyone to change. My new password contains a special character. Could that be the problem? The message said to email about special characters. thanks!

It's been over 24 hours since I changed my password (to an even stronger one) on Ebay, however, I am still getting the message that my password isn't strong enough. What should I do, now?

For password issues, if the instructions that Gixen provides for specific issues are not helping with the problem or not available for your specific case it is best to use email to resolve the issue because for security reasons the detail of many such issues can not be disclosed on an open forum like this.
