I have just had one of these... I edited the snipe, did not change anything and then it was accepted.
So, I suspect this is an intermittent problem.

The problem still there.
I got error for item number 390914153729 "This snipe may have been entered too late into Gixen and may not be executed." when I upload .CSV file.
However, Gixen accepted by web interface.
I got same error for item 291226896715 by web interface. However it can be accpted by upload .CSV file.

NEW BIRD,
I found that editing and pushing the Modify button without changing anything got that one accepted... So I think with a bit of persistence you can probably get them all accepted... which isn't to say Mario doesn't need to look into it, but the problem does appear to come and go with any particular item so it is probably not related to specific items but is a more general issue.
