Subcription and Desktop Manager

Hi, I've paid for the subscription. I have some snipes actives in the mirrors.
Then I've downloaded the Desktop Manager.
I use the same account credentials, but the Desktop Manager seems to be unaware that I'm a subscribed. And It doesn't show my snipes.

That is odd GPilotino,

Do you get any error messages when running the Desktop Manager?

Do you mean that it shows nothing at all, or that your snipes are shown but without any indication that they are also on the Mirror?

Is that your ebay id, GPilotino?

Please note that Ebay allows you to log in with your email address as well as your Ebay id, but Gixen does not recognise the connection between those two and treats them as two separate accounts.. could that have any relevance to your problem?

I don't see any error on DM. Just the snipes are not there.
I think this is related to the user login.

Should I use the e-mail address on both the web interface and the DM? or the username without the (at).... ?

Yes, as you have found, I would recommend using your Ebay id all the time... and never your email address.
