I don't understand abt the captchas. This might be my only bid since May 21 but I have viewed other restricted items since then (I cannot use the word you do, blocked for guests), bid on this one, & I have NEVER encountered a captcha. EVER. Is this abt bidding from a cell phone? I'm using desktop.

Adding adult items to Gixen involves Gixen logging in on your behalf but not bidding... So, you are thus logging in from multiple locations, including wherever your home is located... that is probably what Ebay are detecting... and to ensure that it is you doing it they insert captcha images sometimes when they see you logging in from a different location.

It will be an Ebay anti fraud measure, designed to protect your account, unfortunately sniping services get caught in the cross hairs (pun intended)

time-travel_agency, to make it more clear - you may encounter captchas when you travel and try to log in from a different location (especially if far from your home) and a different computer.
