Hi, I received the message, below when trying to remember my new email password. Can you tell me how long I have been locked out for?
"Your account has been suspended for the following reason: Too many failed login attempts (5)."  |

I believe it will be a permanent suspension, unless action is taken to remove it.
You need to use Ebay to determine what your password should be, not Gixen. This is because it can cause problems for other users of Gixen if you make too many unsuccessful login attempts here.
Once you are certain you have got your Ebay password correct you should email Mario at the support address given on the contact tab above.. give your Ebay id in that email, not your password (email is not a secure enough medium for that)... Explain why it was suspended and that you now have the correct password verified by logging into Ebay... and if you have not done this repeatedly I'm sure Mario will look kindly upon removing the suspension.
