I have this message for all item in Gixen :

CANCELED - VERIFICATION CODE REQUIRED BY EBAY

Have you got any idea on what hapens?

G'day Latrotteuse,

Yeah, for some strange reason, my Gixen is like that too at the moment. I posted the thread, below this one, with "Gixen socks proxy" in the title.

Yours may be different, but I'm finding that it will still place the bids despite it saying that they're cancelled.

After the auction, in the box that usually says won/outbid, it says either:

"Verification code required by eBay, could not log in
Why did this snipe fail?"

..or...

"CANCELED - VERIFICATION CODE REQUIRED BY EBAY
Why did this snipe fail?"

But it's still placing the bids no problem, and I'm still winning the items (even though it's saying they're cancelled and/or it can't log in).

There's obviously some kind of glitch happening, but it doesn't seem to be effecting the bids being placed (well, mine are still going through okay anyway).

The bids you are getting from Gixen must be from the fact that you have a Mirror subscription... the Main appears to be being targeted by Ebay at the moment... I have the same issue.

If you select the Mirror tab you will see that your snipes are still scheduled on that server.

Ditto everything that everybody else has put except that I did the Proxy settings as advised only to find I could not get back into Ebay or Gixen, a new message advised that my account had been suspended. Undid the proxy and re-booted and I'm back in but now I see that Gixen is down for maintainance which I suspect is jargon for we've been attacked.
