Gixen didn't bid and I lost the item even though I was sitting in front of the computer when the auction was ending, and could have put in a bid myself. If the service is unreliable it's utterly worthless.

I have running into same issue. However like to point out I have been using Gixen for free. Should be thankful what It have done for me in past. Issue came up from time to time but he is work very hard at it. We all should be thankful for Gixen!!
