Above is what I get when I try to sign in. I have not forgotten my password and have not had any failed attempts. I don't understand.

The message you are receiving is automatic once there are a few failed login attempts to Gixen.

Have you changed your Ebay password as required by Ebay recently?

Have you had any failed login attempts to Gixen, at all?

Is it possible that someone, other than yourself, is trying to add snipes to your Ebay account via Gixen?
