this item is already present

i used the desktop manager to enter a set of bids. After 1 day, the items were gone from the list, re-entering them gives an error 202 in the desktop manager, and a " this item is already present" in the web interface.

Any clues ?

Have you changed your ebay password... you may have been forced to do so by Ebay... if so you need to take note of your snipes, (delete them as they will not be available after the next step in any case), then log into Gixen with your new Ebay password... then set up your snipes again... in the Desktop manager you also need to log in with your new password... if you have it remembering your old one, you need to use the Settings->Username and Password menu option.
