Auction LOST for UNKNOWN ERROR (7)

Hello,
This is my first time that I start to use the sniping method for bids on eBay and from reviews in Internet I chose your service.
Unforunatelly the start was not so good...
I make a bid for that item that I was interested and at finish it said: ''UNKNOWN ERROR (7)''.

My guess would be that Gixen has not recognised the reason that you bid was blocked.

Do you live in Italy, because it could be that the seller only sends to Italian addresses?

I live in Italy and I'm registered on eBay with italian address.
The only thing that I'm thinking is maybe because in my settings, the ''Gixen main target ebay site'' and the ''Gixen mirror target ebay site'' is set up to ''United States''. In this list it's not present ''Italy'', just ''Germany and UK''. I don't know if that might cause this error .. is the only thing that came in my mind.

I am not sure what the reason is, but it looks like your account has been locked by ebay. Below is what Gixen received form ebay.

You're right, I must verify my account. I open it just to try the sniping, but I forgot that I must confirm my registration information.
Now I'm confirming it and then I'll try again to bid.

Hi, my account was unlocked. They said that ebay automatically locked my account because I signed in from different IP addresses (and probably from different countries), mine and gixen IP .. think. This is an automatic antithief system from ebay. Hope, in future, if I sign in from gixen, that they will not block my account automatically again .. for the previous reason.

If they do, you will need to contact Ebay again and ask them to remove the block permanently, while they do that you can not snipe using Gixen.
