Does this service notify you if ebay requires and authentication code? I have run into this problem at an auction recently. Apparently, according to the service, I have to be very aggressive with ebay to get this security feature removed. For some reason they did not suggest I tell ebay the truth. If anyone has run into this problem please let me know.
Thank you,
Soph |

If this happens, you will either see a message that's self-explanatory, or "UNKNOWN ERROR" in which case I may have to look at what happened.
What I suggest when dealing with ebay is to not give more details than required. Some CSRs have in past jumped on the opportunity to blame sniping services for issues instead of resolving them. So unless it's reasonably required to state that you use a sniping service, I just wouldn't do it. |

Thanks for your response. The service would not tell me why I shouldn't tell ebay the truth, which I figured would be easier, since I didn't understand the dynamic at all.
Kind Regards,

It isn't a matter of 'I shouldn't tell ebay the truth' a direct question should always be answered with a direct truthful answer... when it comes to dealing with Ebay Customer Service Representatives, if you want the issue resolved speedily, then for your own benefit it is often best to be what some might call 'economical with the truth'. _________________ Mark |
