blocked using gixen using wrong password

Is it possible to reinstate my account please? I repeatedly used the wrong password without checking my ebay account first on my account and then my partners account.
Mine is account is 'kizzymorley', his is 'thefamousflames'

Only Mario can unblock accounts that encounter this automated restriction, you may find you get a faster turn around if you email him at the support email address given on the 'Contact' tab above. When he is busy I think the emails probably get slightly higher priority than posts on this open community forum... I know I certainly apply that principle with my own communications with others (outside Gixen).
