Just started using your service today. I paid for the mirror support. I have no trouble logging in and adding an item via your web site but unable to log in using your desktop manager. BTW I am using Windows 7 64 bit OS. Initially I receive the following message:
COULD NOT GET USER COUNTRY, USING DEFAULT
When I enter OK to the above I receive the following :
ERROR(100): COULD NOT LOG IN
Again, I have no trouble logging in via your website using the exact same username and password. |

| What version of GDM are you running? The latest one is 1.3.9. If you run the latest version and still have this problem, please email me and let me know what your username is. |
